Real bread tastes real good


Real ingredients, freshly made ingredients, homemade ingredients, and local ingredients all make real bread, and real bread simply tastes real good.

I’m Tom, a Saint Paul bread nerd who wants to share my love for real, delicious bread with you.  

All my wheat and rye breads are made with organic hard red wheat and organic rye that is milled in-house, fresh for each batch.

All of my rolls, plain white breads, and delicious cinnamon breads are made with in-house churned butter and buttermilk, made fresh every week.

All recipes are my own and are the result of months (and in some cases, years) of extensive research and experimentation, resulting in some of the most delicious sandwich breads you’ve ever tasted. 

It takes a lot of extra effort to do these steps when making my bread, but I promise you, you’ll taste the difference, and you’ll love it!
